Soooo Exciting...

Yes the new catalogue goes live at noon tomorrow, and I have a really big order to put in at that time, hope they dont run out of anything as I have sold a lot of the Crazy for Cupcakes stamp sets at 20% off and also a load of the new scallop punches. These are similar to the Fiskars Threading Water punches but glide through cardstock like a knife through butter, unlike the Fiskars one which I always think will break when I use it on cardstock (as they are only intended for thick paper). Stampin Up are also doing an excellent offer if you spend over £20 you can get 20% off of 3 new stamp sets which make them an absolute bargain...

If you log onto http://www.stampinup.co.uk/ after noon tomorrow you will be able to view this special deal and browse the new catalogue.

So that is the deal.... if you would like to purchase anything contact me at LindaLloyd@gmx.net.

Now is the time to join my new 10 month club, see top of the page for details, but I am sure a lot of you will have a big wishlist so why not take advantage of my 10 month club and not only get a new catalogue for nothing.... nadda.... zilch, you will also get a free hostess set and free goodies of your choice from the catalogue on your hostess month, along with 4 freebie gifts, newsletters with special offers and some instructions on how to make selected projects over the 10 months.

I have been busy today making cards and have made this Stampin Up card, nice and bright to make someone feel better on a day like today.

Recipe:- Retired Rose Red Patterned Paper (still available at £7.75 a pack), Old Olive, Whisper White and Rose Red Cardstock, Old Olive Grosgrain Ribbon, and the new stamp set Live Your Dream which will be available tomorrow... The colours dont look as bright as they really are because the light is awful for taking photographs today..

Thats all for today, still have loads of cards to make and am wanting to use my stampin up sets, so check back regularly for updates...

Have a good evening all

Another New Stamp Set....

Okay, well I haven't used all Stampin Up products for this card, but I have used a stamp from the new Fun and Fast Notes stamp set... so here it is.. this is a good value stamp set as it has 8 stamps for different occasions in it...

The paper I used was Cosmo Cricket and the buttons and ribbon were from my stash.

Have a good day all

Getting too excited about the new catalogue, so had to make something...

So I am so excited about the new catalogue I just had to make something else using another of the new sets, this is the first time I have done this so it isn't quite exactly how I wanted it, but hopefully will get better with practice.

I stamped the flower image from True Friend stamp set onto some tissue paper and then melted it into a candle, then decorated with a brad and some ribbon and made a little holder to stand it in so I could package it nicely....

For this I used the True Friend Stamp Set, stamped with Sage Shadow and Pale Plum with Bravo Burgundy ribbon and cardstock, also a brad from the Rich Regals pot...

I also made a card using the Carte Postale Stamp Set.... here goes..

For this I used Always Artichoke, and Very Vanilla Cardstock, image stamped using Always Artichoke ink using Carte Postale Stamp Set plus the retired hostess set Welcoming Words, plus Always Artichoke Brads, the paper used was the Le Jardin Patterned Paper, the ribbon was the Very Vanilla Grosgrain.

So getting closer to the new catalogue, I think I have 2 left to be reserved with the £2.50 voucher to take off of any order over £30.00.

If you would like to become a Stampin Up Demonstrator, either to sell at your clubs, at workshops or purely to buy your own items at a discount, I am currently giving to you a free stamp set of your choice from the new catalogue no matter what the price... this is on top of the great bargain starter kit you will be getting for £155 (a really great saving on this), plus sign up in September and you get 8 of the old catalogues plus 8 of the new catalogues included in your Starter Set. Email me at LindaLloyd@gmx.net for more details.

Have a good evening all xx

Look What I Made With The Pre-Order Stamps.....

Is it too early to make Christmas stuff, although I must admit the photographs are from last Christmas, so perhaps I am just a bit behind....

After seeing all the Nativity Plays last year and having so many photographs from them I decided to make a little mini album with my favourite photographs, we attended our Church Nativity which was on 24 December 2007 and we also watched both the small boys in their Nativity at school, as usual they were both in different ones...

I also received my pre-order stamps from the new Stampin Up Catalogue (:0) <---- insert cheesy excited grin here) and thought I just HAD to make something using them, so here is my quick attempt made in 1 day (normally a mini album would take me much longer)... there is a stamp from the new "Season Of Joy" stamp set on every page, even the front and back covers... check out if you can see them. (Stamp sets preview is in a couple of blog posts down).

I have used Old Olive, Always Artichoke, Real Red and Brocade Blue cardstock, the retiring Dashing Patterned Paper, Brocade Blue, Old Olive, Real Red and Always Artichoke ribbon in both 1/4" and 5/8" widths. The Stamp Set was "Season of Joy". I cut out the shape with my long rectangle nestabilities, I also cut cereal packets with the same to make it more sturdy and I bound it together with my bind it all.

Have a few more ideas with the other pre-orders set, so watch this space....

Have a good day xx

Made From Scratch.......

Yep that is the name of the Stamp Set used in making this card set.... this is one of the retiring sets, but very versatile...

I used the Bold Colours cardstock, the Close to Cocoa patterned paper, the Pumpkin Pie and Whisper White ribbon.

I am offering free P&P until midnight Monday, so now is the time to stock up on all the retiring sets. The retiring sets are offered at a slightly lower price than in the catalogue and you will also get the free P&P worth £3.50.

Have a good weekend all xx

Here's one I made earlier.....

Here is a card I made earlier today....

This was made using the Cheers To You stamp set on page 35 of the Stampin Up Catalogue. I used Old Olive cardstock which I stamped with the sanded background stamp in Old Olive. I also used Whisper White, Rose Red and Summer Sun Cardstock, plus Always Artichoke ribbon. The patterned paper was Cutie Pie....

Will be back with another one tomorrow, have a good evening all xx

Demonstrator Pre-Orders

Hi all, there are several pre-orders going on at the moment for Stampin Up Demo's firstly the new catalogue pre-order which I have already placed, actually I placed my order on the first day of pre-order hoping I would be one of the first on the list for shipping purposes as I cannot wait to see the new catalogue...

Secondly there is a pre-order of 4 new stamp sets from the new catalogue, these are and have been previously available from US and now we have them woohoo.... here they are...

SORRY HAD TO REMOVE THE PICTURES AS IT IS FORBIDDEN TO SHOW THEM ON OUR BLOGS......

Unfortunately we are only allowed to order one of each set, but good news is hopefully if we get them soon we can make some samples to show you. There is a slight problem with Stampin Up's computers and none of the pre-orders will ship until after this weekend. If you see samples on other people blogs from the UK this means that they already had them from the US..... naughty naughty!!!

The next good thing this week is that the retiring list was released... here it is..

Get your orders in quick as they are only available whilst the stocks last and Stampin Up have been inundated with orders this week. If you would like to order from the retiring list I am offering free P&P until Sunday on all your orders, including items from the current catalogue. So get in quickly. Now is the time to order your tab punches ready for when the tab stamp set is released.

Off now to browse my SU sets and make a few cards to share.... have a nice day all, take care xx
